Our Emergency Departments are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week:

Level 1 Surgical Inpatient Unit:

The Surgical Ward is a 24-bed unit, located next to the Operating Theatre and Day Surgery Unit. Patients needing an overnight stay after their surgery are admitted to the Surgical Ward.

Level 2 Medical Inpatient Unit:

This 23-bed unit, with capacity to expand to a 27-bed unit when required, provides care to acute and general medical and palliative care patients and is staffed by qualified nursing staff.

Hours of Service: 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 8pm
