The core business of HRFS is to provide treatment for people with potentially limb-threatening diabetes-related foot complications including foot infections, foot ulceration, and Charcot’s neuro-arthropathy, with the aim being to prevent minor or major limb complications and hospital admissions.

Our service uses a multidisciplinary approach to assess, treat, and manage acute foot and lower limb conditions by providing case management alongside other health care professionals.

All initial appointments require a referral from another healthcare professional and appointments can be made by contacting us on the phone or fax numbers below.

Hours of Service: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday
