The Aboriginal Hospital Liaison service provides education and support to patients of Grafton District Hospital and their families/carers, communities and other organisations. The confidential service promotes respect and equality. Patients and their carers are involved in planning care options to meet their needs.

The service provides patient/carer education programs and works with client/carer to resolve and concerns quickly.
