The Lumos program is an innovative data linkage program that aims to provide 'whole of system' information on patient journeys.  

By integrating de-identified data from collaborating general practices with other health service information, Lumos creates a more detailed perspective of patient pathways than is otherwise available. This enhanced view improves the identification of potential enhancements in patient outcomes and experiences across a spectrum of healthcare settings. The program's data asset continues to expand, covering regional, remote, and metropolitan regions across NSW.
