Mental Health Resources
Mental illness impacts almost half of all Australians at some point in their lifetime. Like physical health, there are a number of ways in which a person can experience being mentally unwell.
Here is information on the most common forms of mental illness experienced. You can also find links to external websites and support services within each tab.
If you need mental health care, please phone the Mental Health Line on 1800 011 511 or go to your nearest hospital Emergency Department. If you have an emergency, please phone triple zero (000) immediately.
