Most people, at some point in their lives, will feel the pain of extreme sadness, distress, or vulnerability. At times, some may even think about doing something to end this intense pain.
If you or someone you love is experiencing suicidal thoughts, there is help available and it is important that you seek professional support immediately.
While suicidal thoughts do not always end in a person ending their life, it is important for future wellbeing to seek professional help and support.
