The Tweed Heads community will benefit from a range of community-based and outreach health services to be delivered under one roof on the site of the current Tweed Hospital, after hospital services transfer to the Tweed Valley Hospital later this year.
The Tweed Heads Community Health Centre (THCHC) will be located at Powell Street, on the western side of the existing Tweed Hospital campus.

Measles Alert for Northern NSW

NSW Health is advising people to be alert for signs and symptoms of measles after being notified of one confirmed case of measles in northern NSW.

The case recently returned from Asia where there have been ongoing outbreaks of measles in several countries including Pakistan and India.

The Get Healthy Service is a phone and online customised coaching program for anyone who is over 16 and lives in NSW. 

It is perfect for anyone who wants to eat well, get active and reduce their alcohol intake. It can also support women to gain a healthy amount of weight in pregnancy.
