When you contact our Oral Health Services, we’ll ask you some questions to determine the level of care and treatment you may need.

Please have your Medicare card ready and, for adults, the appropriate concession card ready before placing the call.

We prioritise care to ensure patients with the most urgent conditions are seen first.

We may also take other risk factors and socio-economic status into account when assessing the priority.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can give your appointment to another patient.

On the other hand, if your dental condition gets worse while you are waiting for an appointment, please call us.
