Most treatment plans involve education, self-management strategies and specific exercise programmes, as well as other physiotherapy techniques.

You will need a referral from a General Practitioner, specialist or other health professional.

Occupational Therapists provide functional assessment and interventions to enable individuals to improve or maintain their normal daily roles, independence, safety and quality of life.
