Rural Research Collaborative Learning Network (RR-CLaN)
The Rural Research Collaborative Learning Network (RR-CLaN) is a rural-led initiative being coordinated by Northern NSW Local Health District in collaboration with the Central Coast, Far West, Hunter New England, Illawarra Shoalhaven, Mid North Coast, Murrumbidgee, Nepean Blue Mountains, Southern, and Western NSW local health districts, the Tropical Australian Health Centre Queensland and the Health Education Training Institute (HETI).
The RR-CLaN mission is to develop a rural, regional and remote collaborative network that supports and delivers high-quality research education and training to healthcare professionals to build key skills necessary to use and undertake research aimed at improving healthcare delivery and assisting health services to achieve their strategic goals.
The first aim of RR-CLaN is to develop a high-quality research education and training calendar for rural, regional and remote LHDs in NSW and other interested health services.
