Allied Health Graduate Program 

NNSWLHD is committed to building clinical capacity and competency for new graduates through the Allied Health New Graduate Program (AHNGP). The program is an innovative strategy to attract, grow and retain an allied health workforce in NNSWLHD.


The AHNGP is an opportunity to strengthen the allied health workforce by enhancing the clinical opportunities, education and learning culture within NNSWLHD with a focus on ‘growing our own’. 
Recruitment for the Allied Health New Graduate Program (AHNGP) starts in October each year.

Who should apply? 

Eligible allied health new graduates of social work, dietetics, occupational therapy, medical imaging, speech pathology and exercise physiology. 
 

Program length
The AHNGP is a 24-month comprehensive work-based program.
