Public Health

Our People and their Health provides links to a broad range of health data that describes the health status and determinants of health for people living in the Northern New South Wales Local Health District (NNSWLHD).

Health indicators are measures that describe particular aspects of the health of a pollution, such as the population of a Local Government Area, the population of a Local Health District, the population of the state of NSW, or of groups within these populations such as the Aboriginal population.

Statistical information about the health of our population can be found on the HealthStats NSW website (http://www.healthstats.nsw.gov.au).

Note: For some indicators data on the Mid North Coast LHD and the Northern NSW LHD’s is combined, indicated by the asterisk (*) symbol.  For some indicators one option of several available is selected, indicated by the hash (#) symbol.
