NSW Health this week welcomed more than 1,000 interns to the system - a record number of new starters and the most of any state or territory in Australia.

To 8pm 26 January, 695 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Northern NSW Local Health District, including 317 positive PCR tests and 378 positive rapid antigen tests (RAT).

To 8pm 25 January, 1219 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Northern NSW Local Health District, including 878 positive PCR tests and 341 positive rapid antigen tests (RAT).

To 8pm 24 January, 768 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Northern NSW Local Health District, including 354 positive PCR tests and 414 positive rapid antigen tests (RAT).

To 8pm 23 January, 564 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Northern NSW Local Health District, including 234 positive PCR tests and 330 positive rapid antigen tests (RAT).

There were 587 new cases of COVID-19 reported in Northern NSW Local Health District in the 24 hours to 8pm, 22 January. This includes 317 positive PCR tests and 270 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs).

There were 800 new cases of COVID-19 reported in Northern NSW Local Health District in the 24 hours to 8pm, 21 January. This includes 460 positive PCR tests and 340 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs).

1,051 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Northern NSW Local Health District to 8pm, 20 January. This includes 515 positive PCR tests and 401 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs).

To 8pm 19 January, 1,051 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Northern NSW Local Health District, including 601 positive PCR tests and 450 positive rapid antigen tests (RATs).
