Our Diabetes Team of credentialled Diabetes Educators and Diabetes Dieticians provides education and support for people with diabetes and their families.

We support the following:

  • Type 2 Diabetes
  • Diabetes in pregnancy
  • Pre-Pregnancy Education
  • Insulin starts and management
  • Continuous Glucose Management Systems
  • Insulin pumps
  • Paediatric services
  • Young Adults with Diabetes Services
  • School visits
  • Support at the high risk foot clinics
  • Inpatient services
  • NDSS updates

We accept self-referral, as well as referrals from allied health professionals, GPs, specialists, and hospitals.
