Our Diabetes Educator provides diabetes education and support for people with diabetes and their families, either in one to one or group settings. They also work closely with the Diabetes Dietitian.

We also provide education to health care professionals and support promotional activities that encourage people with diabetes to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  

We accept referrals from individuals, allied health professionals, GPs, and hospitals.

Hours: 8.30am to 4:30pm - Wednesday fortnightly and Thursday weekly, by appointment only.
