Generalist Community Nursing is a free, confidential service providing a range of services including wound care, continence advice and management, management of venous access devices, palliative care nursing, nursing assessments, and referral to other care providers including allied health and the Aged Care Assessment Team.
Access criteria:
- Must live in Murwillumbah catchment area of the Tweed Shire.
- Self-referral, other allied health professionals, GPs, Hospitals.
Location: Murwillumbah Community Health – 8-10 Nullum Street, Murwillumbah, NSW 2484
Hours:
- 8:30am – 4:30pm seven days. Reduced hours on weekends
