Our community nurses provide a range of services including wound care, continence management, management of venous access devices, palliative care nursing, and referral to other care providers including allied health and the Aged Care Assessment Team.

We accept referral from individuals, GPs, health professionals and hospitals.

Hours: 8.00am- 4.30pm Monday – Friday

Our counselling team provides support and strategies to help clients with a range of issues including managing stress, grief and bereavement, coping with trauma or family violence.

In some cases, this may also include psycho-social assessment and referral, counselling or advocacy.

We work with you to develop strategies and establish goals to help you make changes in your life.

We accept referrals from hospitals, GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, non-government organisations, family and carers, and self-referral.

This free service is open to anyone aged 16 years and over.

Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
