EMERGENCY

In an emergency, always call triple zero (000). It’s a free call from any phone, mobile or phone box.

For other urgent medical issues, go to an Emergency Department.

Our Emergency Departments are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week:

Child and Family Counselling is a free service for children aged 0-12 years and their families and carers.

We provide help with behavioural and emotional difficulties, anxiety management, relationship difficulties (not couple counselling), grief and loss issues and trauma. This is not a crisis response service and does not work directly with children while Family Court matters are in process.

Where possible the Child and Family Counselling service works collaboratively with schools, preschools and other relevant agencies.

No referral is required.

Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm (Monday, Tuesday, and every second Thursday)
