Our Social Workers assist and enable individuals, families, and groups to adjust to changes in their health, personal, and family situations through:

• Providing support and information
• Referral to community resources and counselling
• Advocacy and crisis support
• Counselling for individuals, family members, and carers in relation to illness, disability and treatment plans.

We accept referrals from hospitals, GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, non-government organisations, family and carers, and self-referral.

Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday, by appointment only
