Generalist Community Nursing is a free confidential service providing a range of services including post-acute hospital nursing, wound care, continence advice and management, management of venous access devices, Hospital in the Home (HITH), Palliative Care Nursing, nursing assessments, and client referral to other care providers including allied health and the Aged Care Assessment Team.

Wound Clinic

The wound clinic is a specialist clinic run by our Community Nurses to treat complex and chronic wounds. Hospital in the Home clients can also be booked into this clinic. Bookings are made through the clinic nurse.

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, closed weekends and Public Holidays
