Our Diabetes Educator provides diabetes education and support for people with diabetes and their families, either in one to one or group settings. They also work closely with the Diabetes Dietician. We see clients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, as well as childhood diabetes and diabetes in pregnancy.

We also provide education to health care professionals and support promotional activities that encourage people with diabetes to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

We accept referrals from hospitals, GPs, Specialists and other health professionals.
