Northern NSW Academic Health Alliance
Located on the Tweed Valley Hospital campus, the LDR will include simulation and skills rooms, immersive learning and research spaces, a library, computer lab training an auditorium.
The Northern NSW Local Health District has partnered with the Northern NSW Academic Health Alliance (comprising Griffith University, Southern Cross University, Bond University and TAFE NSW) to deliver an integrated clinical training and collaborative research hub on level 1 of the new LDR building.
The innovative collaboration will enable current and future staff to train and develop their skills locally. It's one of the ways we're growing our future health workforce to deliver improved health outcomes for communities in Northern NSW.
