Child and Family Counselling Service

Our Child and Family Counselling Service works with children aged 0-12 years of age, and their families and carers, to improve children’s health, well-being, and day-to-day functioning.

The Child and Family Counselling Service (CFCS) caters for children with a range of problematic behaviours including school refusal, sleep difficulties, anxiety, problems associated with bullying and anti-social behaviours, and coping with loss.

If required, our counsellors work together with schools and pre-schools.

Our counsellors do not provide an emergency service.

If you have an urgent need, please contact the Mental Health Line on 1800 011 511 or visit your nearest Emergency Department.
