Vegetable Patties

Canteen = Everyday

These vegetable patties are a great way to get kids to eat vegetables and are super easy to make.

Serves: 12 patties


4 medium potatoes, grated
2 carrots, grated
1 zucchini, grated
1 egg
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
1/2 cup plain flour


Squeeze excess moisture out of potatoes.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and combine well.
Grease a non-stick fry pan with cooking spray or oil.
Place tablespoons full of mixture in pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
