Summer Bliss Balls

With a blender the flavour options are endless with Bliss Balls. Here are two summer inspired recipes – one citrus and one raspberry variation

Serves: 20-25 balls per recipe


Citrus Bliss Balls

1 cup raw cashews
1 cup desiccated coconut
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
zest of one lemon

Raspberry Bliss Balls

1/2 cup raw cashews
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons honey
zest of half a lemon


Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse on high speed for 15-20 seconds or until combined (add a tablespoon of water if mixture is dry).
Shape tablespoon size portions of mixture into balls and set in the fridge.
