Snack Size Vegie Rolls

Homemade sausage or vegie rolls are easy to cook and give a healthy hit to an Aussie favourite

Serves: 4 rolls


1 slice of puffed pastry (cut into 4 squares)
1 cup of filling (We usually use leftovers eg roast pumpkin and pea, Mexican, savoury mince etc)


Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line oven tray.
Place a quarter of a cup of filling in a line 1-2cm from the edge of each piece of pastry.
Roll tightly to form the vegie roll.
Bake for 15-20 minutes (or until golden).
