Seed and Oat Muesli Bars
These homemade muesli bars are packed full of nutrition and can be an easy snack that the kids will love to help make. They are perfect for the lunchbox or after school too!
1 cup natural muesli
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup sultanas
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (Pepitas)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup honey
30 grams butter
Place flour, muesli, sultanas, sugar, seeds and baking powder in a large bowl and mix.
Place honey and butter in a small pan over low heat and stir until melted.
Add to flour mixture with egg and stir to combine.
Press into slice tin lined with baking paper and bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
Cool in pan, remove and cut into fingers.
