Refresh.ED is a resource, developed and maintained by Edith Cowan University to help teachers introduce food and nutrition in their classrooms.
Vege Adventure is a one week activity to promote fruit and vegetables as part of the Crunch&Sip® break at primary school. The aim is to encourage students to eat a different coloured fruit or vegetable each day of the week. We hope this will encourage them to taste different fresh fruit and vegetables.
Food & ME is a unit of 5 modules specifically designed for students from preschool to year 8. NOTE – Food & ME provides teachers with the necessary tools and ideas to teach nutrition within the ACT School Curriculum Framework. There are still some great ideas and resources available for download.

Crunch & Sip
All things Crunch&Sip can be found on the Healthy Kids Association website and the Crunch & Sip website. These include the school manual, IWB ideas, stickers, case studies and other teaching resources. Crunch & Sip is a set time where students refuel on fruit, vegetables and water they pack from home.
Big Vegie Crunch
After the success of the 2015 Big Vegie Crunch in Northern NSW it is now conducted across the whole state. This year the Crunch is on 1st of March (Week 5). Click here to register your school to help CRUNCH our way into the record books.
Fruit & Veg Month
Fruit & Veg month is a Term 3 campaign by Healthy Kids Association aimed at encouraging kids to eat more fruit and vegies. Every year they develop lots of useful teaching resources to help support you run it at your school. Check out teacher booklets from previous years and register to receive your 2018 pack!
