Fruit Gummies

These are a great alternative to lollies at celebrations and special events. They are made with real fruit so you can pack a nutritional punch without guests knowing!


2 tbs gelatin (or whatever the directions on the packet says)
½ cup water
1 ½ cups fruit (we used raspberries and leftover liquid from a green smoothie in this batch)


Add gelatin to water and mix until dissolved. Let sit for 5 minutes and a soft gel should form.
Heat fruit in saucepan until fruit softens.
Blend fruit into a liquid with a stick blender (or leave as is if you don’t mind chunky gummies).
Stir in gelatin and pour into a plastic or glass container.
Let set in fridge for at least 1 hour.
Cut into cubes. Store in containers in the fridge.
