A healthy version of this Mexican classic! This recipe is easier to make than you think.
EVERYDAY CANTEEN RECIPE
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease and oven dish with olive oil
Spoon about 1/2-3/4 cup of Mexican mix into the middle of a wrap.
Wrap it tightly and place join down into oven dish. Repeat this process until all wraps have been used.
Top with salsa or passata sauce and cheese.
Bake in oven for 20min or until cheese has melted on top.
Serve with salad.
