Eggy Flowers

Jazz up your eggs by making them into these fun flowers. Great for snacks or a breakfast treat.

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 capsicum

Method

1. Cut capsicum into 1cm think rounds to create the “flowers”
2. Place capsicum rounds in non stick frypan over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes
3. Flip capsicum over and crack an egg in the centre of each round or flower
4. Cook egg to preference (approximately 3 minutes for runny or 5 minutes for hard)
5. Remove from pan and serve
