Choc-Peanut Bliss Balls
With a blender the flavour options are endless with Bliss Balls. Here is a choc peanut recipe to get you started.
Serves: 30-40 balls
1/2 cup Natural peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut
1/3 cup cocoa
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse on high speed for 15-20 seconds or until combined (add a tablespoon of water if mixture is dry).
Shape tablespoon size portions of mixture into balls and set in the fridge.
