A grab and go breakfast or snack that you can store in the fridge all week. It’s a hit with kids and kids at heart!
EVERYDAY CANTEEN RECIPE
2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup bran
1/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup mixed seeds (I used chia, linseed pepita seeds and sunflower seeds)
3/4 cup chocolate flavoured protein powder (or about 1/3 cup cocoa)
3-4 tablespoons of peanut butter to taste
3/4-1 cup of Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
Mix all ingredients together, cover and place in fridge for up to 5 days.
I served with frozen raspberries and Greek yoghurt
TIP – Aldi sometimes stock a great “paleo mix” of seeds that are cheap and perfect for this recipe
