No Bake Trail Mix Slice

This tasty snack is packed with goodness and has a delicious flavour… without the fuss of baking! Perfect for the lunchbox or an afternoon snack.
Serves 15 to 20 slices

Ingredients

1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup dried figs
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Method

Place all ingredients, except the sunflower seeds, in a food processor and process until mixture is well combined and lifts away from the edges of the bowl.
Remove from bowl and knead the sunflower seeds into the mixture.
Form a log and slice into desired thickness (1/2 – 1 cm wide depending on preference).
Store in refrigerator ready for a snack or to pop into the lunchbox.
