Stepping On

If you are an older person who has had a fall, or has a fear of falling this 8 week program is for YOU.

Stepping On provides information and education on how to help older people reduce their risk of falling. The group-based sessions run for two hours a week for seven weeks. The program is followed up with a refresher session three months later.
