The Aboriginal Hospital Liaison service provides education and support to patients of Casino Base Hospital and their families/carers, communities and other organisations. The confidential service promotes respect and equality. Patients and their carers are involved in planning care options to meet their needs.
The Service also acts as a patient advocate to advise management of possible adverse patient outcomes that can arise during clinical care.
