Our program is managed by the Cardiac Liaison Nurse in conjunction with our Physiotherapy Department and Exercise Physiologist.
The program is suitable for most people living with or at risk of heart disease and those recovering from medical or surgical intervention.
We also provide a heart failure service for eligible patients, which consists of a combination of education and activity to keep you well.
No referral is required. Our cardiac nurse will liaise with your GP prior to commencing the program to ensure there are no risks associated with exercise.
