Maclean Community Health Occupational Therapy – Adult
Provides functional assessment and intervention with emphasis on the clients’ occupational role, task performance and environment to improve and/or maintain independence, safety and quality of life for ages 18+. Intervention may include rehabilitation therapy, hand splinting, home modifications, provision of adaptive equipment, education on energy conservation and falls prevention. Services are primarily provided in the home environment.- Contact Community Health to make an appointment.
