Iluka Community Health – Child and Family Health Nurse

Services provided by the Child and Family Health Nurses are:

  • Child and Family Clinics by Appointment (for Parents/Children 0-5 years of age)
  • Home visits by Appointment (for New Babies and follow ups)
  • Immunisations (Clinics held in each Community Health Centre monthly and also by appointment)
  • Education Sessions – Preparation for Parenthood Groups and Post Natal Groups
  • Opportunistic Immunisation and Home Visiting for Indigenous clients

For all Appointments and Immunisation please bring Blue Book and Medicare Card
