Urbenville Community Health Podiatry

The Podiatry Department provides a range of interventions to people whose feet are considered to be at risk. These services include ulcer debridement, general foot care, diabetes foot assessments, orthotic treatment, enable applications for footwear. This includes all age groups from paediatric to elderly.

  • 7.30am-4.00pm (Mon-Fri)
  • Service outreaches to Urbenville Community Health monthly
  • A referral from a GP or other health professional is required
  • Paediatric to Elderly Clientele. Clients must fit have one or more of the following conditions: Diabetes type 2, Peripheral arterial disease (PAD), Rheumatoid arthritis with foot deformities or pain, Peripheral Neuropathy (lack of sensation in feet), Ulceration to feet or legs, Neurological Diseases (MS, Spina Bifida, Charcot Marie Tooth, Parkinson’s etc), Immuno- suppressant medication (pregnesone), Paediatric clients
