Counselling is provided at Community Health by Social Workers on a range of issues including; depression, grief, family conflict, relationship break-up, problems with your relationship, anxiety & stress, work issues, domestic violence, difficulty coping with your kids and to learn parenting strategies. Counsellors work with people to identify problems and develop strategies to achieve goals and create change to enhance people’s lives.

  • 08.30am – 4.30pm (Mon-Fri)
  • Must be 18 years+
  • Telephone or Walk in, Self, GP or other organisation referral. The Receptionist will obtain client details including name, contact Number and date of birth. This information will be passed onto the Social Worker or Palliative Care/Bereavement Counsellor via email or telephone messaging system. The Social worker will call the client and make an appointment with them if appropriate for this service or refer on.
